My details aren’t recognized

There are several reasons a repair may not be recognised. If your job ends in ‘DG’ or begins with ‘PRO’ the job will not be uploaded, contact us through our livechat options, or through the Contact Us Form

The Postcode Field on the repair tracking should be all one, no spaces, i.e. ‘RH69GA’ and not ‘RH6 9GA’
